Dear Members,
Please be advised that this year’s AGM will be held in the Clubhouse on:

As usual, the agenda for the evening will be as follows:
- Minutes of previous AGM
- Motions by EC to amend: Clauses 4.1 and 4.2- (details available in club office and bar from June 1st 2026)
- Chairperson’s Address
- Secretary’s Report
- Football Directors and Child Welfare updates
- Financial Statement and Accounts
- Any further Motions for Consideration
- Election of Officers
- General Business
In accordance with rule 6.2 of the Club Constitution all Motions and Nominations for Executive positions must be with the Secretary by Wednesday June 3rd 2026.
Only Full Members (in good standing) are allowed to vote or speak at an AGM.

The AGM is an important gathering of the members where recent and ongoing developments are discussed and where members can put forward their ideas concerning the future of the Club.
