With almost 500 responses, the level of engagement was fantastic and really shows how much our families care about the club. It was especially encouraging to see how positive the feedback was about the experience players and families are having.

So what happens next
The Committee spent a full Saturday together in January going through the results and discussing how we can build on all the positives while also tackling the areas highlighted.
